Vacation Rental Policy
All vacation rentals must be paid in
1/2 at the time of reservation
and 1/2 within 30 days of arrival, including
rental rate, sales/bed tax, application fees and security
deposit. All vacation rentals are non-refundable
(not including the security
deposit).
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Accepted
Cashier's Check, Money order, Wire Transfer or Check if made via a US Bank
(for reservations booked more than 30 days in advance).
Wire Transfers are required for bookings within 30 days of
arrival. |
